Understanding Peace and Conflict Workshop Educating Minds, Inspiring Peace — Shaping the Peacebuilders of Tomorrow.*APICA’s “Understanding Peace and Conflict” Workshop brought together young leaders, students, and professionals for a transformative training on the foundations of peacebuilding. Participants explored the root causes of conflict, the principles of peaceful conflict resolution, and the importance of dialogue, empathy, and collaboration in promoting lasting peace. Through interactive exercises and discussions, attendees developed critical skills in mediation, community engagement, and conflict analysis. This workshop not only deepened participants’ understanding but also inspired them to become active peace champions within their communities, helping to lay the groundwork for a more harmonious Somaliland.
